Plug the board into USB, pick a version, then click the green
Install button next to the board type. The browser opens a
serial-port picker — select the board's CDC device.

ESP32-P4 boards come in two versions that need different images.
Look at the GPIO header: a coloured header means a newer
(v3) board, so use factory-p4v3; a black header
means an older (v1) board, so use factory-p4. The wrong one
flashes fine but the board then restarts in a loop — just flash the
other one. If in doubt, the boot log (or esptool chip-id)
shows the chip revision: v3.x or v1.x.
